Car Scratch Repair – What To Do When You Scratch The Paint
www.car-scratch-remover.com – Car scratch repair made easy. NEVER use a kitchen scrubbing sponge with a Scotch Brite (green or white typically) style abrasive on one side. It may seem soft but its extremely abrasive to automotive paint finishes. If you used a kitchen pot scrubbing sponge with a abrasive pot scrubbing side to remove dried bugs while you washed your car, you most likely put some serious scratches in the paint finish. Kitchen sponges like this can do severe damage to a modern clear coat finish….and it only takes seconds. However the damage can be removed, at home, with the Ultimate Car Scratch Remover System.

turtle wax kit does the same thing, I’ve used and I loved it. I guess if you know what you are doing any kit will do just fine.

well done can you apply the same method on removing water spots and scratches?

@gp2daman actually well yes and no. You could polish out hard water spots….however I always try to preserve the clear coat and not use abrasives on it if I can help it. So with hard water spots check out the video here. The solution I use will dissolve hard mineral deposits without affecting the clear coat. I have a really nice water spot removal kit in my store using this formula. go to carscratchremoverblog com you will find a link in the nav bar to the store.
