if i shut off my shut off valve and it still dripps, is it still safe to take apart the faucet????!!?!?

If you shut off your valve-there will still be a bit of water in the pipework, turn the taps on before you do anything else-that will empty the remaining water and release the pressure

Where did you turn the water off-under the sink?if you did-follow the pipework until you find the main stop valve and turn the water off there as well just to be on the safe side-youre in the U.S. so i,m not sure that your system is the same as ours
