.Hi, I run into this problem everyday. My first guess would be you have an old house with galvanized pipe. If this is the case you do most likely have mineral buildup in those pipes. You can try taking a hammer and hammering the pipes in different places usually on joints (turns in the pipe) and see if that helps any. However this can sometimes make the problem worst if you do try this be sure to turn the water on in your shower first, then take off all the aerators on your sink faucets. Doing this will allow all the rust and minerals to pass though without harming the fixture faucets be sure to clean the aerators before reinstalling them. I would recommend having a plumber re pipe your house as soon as you can. On an average house with 1 bath, 1kitchen, 1laundry you may be looking in the range of $1900 to $2800 depending on the plumber you chose. be sure to pick one with a good history and has been in business more than 5 years. You should get at the very least 6Mon’s guarantee with this service. ……..Now if you do not have galvanized pipe you may be on a well system. If this is the case check the operation of you pump switch. Then check the pressure in you balder tank. You should have no less than 30 psi in the tank this is easily checked with a tire gage.. run some water and listen for your pump to kick on, if it does not kick on after 3 to 5 Min’s then you have a bad pump switch or god forbid a bad pump.

Seems the tub’s service valve is not fully open. Take the side off the bath and see if the valve is fully on.

You need to replace your water lines. They’re either restricted from mineral buildup, or they were too small from the beginning.
