Flat Roof Replacement, Replaced all old sheathing and re-enforced rafters Installed new 4′ x 8′ 3/4 sheathing over the entire rafters and Installed new PVC Flat Roof Drain too eliminate severe water from holding on back wall of flat roof. Installed new 1/2″ Insulation and new fiberglass base sheet and new Firestone App 160 Modified Rubber Roof over the entire working areas on flat roof surface and wall flashings.

Thanks for uploading this was very help full. What size was the plywood & what r those sheets called that u put down aft. the plywood? Thanks

@richdad360 It’s after the plywood, we’ve installed a fiber board 1/2″ Insulation and a fiberglass base sheet over the insulation board and then we’ve torched applied a Modified Bitumen Membrane over the entire wall flashings and flat roof. then we installed a new 3″ PVC Drain on the back of the wall to eliminate severe amounts of water from laying on top of the roof.
